And I thought that Ben--whom I loathe--was pretty brilliant, as were Tom Wilkinson and Geoffrey Rush, while Gwyneth didn't get annoying until my 10th viewing of the film. For being a high school sophmore when I first saw it (in 2008), I understood every Shakespeare reference. Personally, I think some of the jokes were just plain difficult to understand with the accents (I watched the film whilst on the treadmill, so I had the volume up and subtitles). I actually thought this movie was genuinely hilarious.
