This one twist would give the whole movie a dimension of depth instead of it being a cheap zombie action flick." Romero followed that movie with " Dawn of the Dead" that was even better. Try making a movie, today, where the characters argue about the right thing to do and all of them die because none of them where right. Try letting the hero die because he was wrong. I honestly liked 28 Days Later until about half way through, when I realized that it was a rehash of the story of all three Living Dead movies. I didn't like I Am Legend either, but Brits/28 Days Later fans don't think that movie was original either. That one sucked, too. The shit-tastic CGI monsters would've been improved 2582635 times with real actors and makeup. Will Smith should never do another sci-fi movie outside of some goofy slapstick like MIB. He killed an Isaac Asimov classic and now he's killed Richard Matheson's awesome story. GO BACK TO BEL AIR! Man, this movie pissed me off to no end.
